1. Right of return

You have the right to return items within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for returns

To register a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item is in its original packaging.

• The return must be made within 14 days.

3. Procedure for returns

To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number and the reason for the return to hallo@witch-spells.de. We will inform you of the further steps for the return.

4. Return costs

The costs for returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer. Returns must be sent with sufficient postage and well packaged to the following address:

We recommend using shipment tracking when returning an item to ensure that it reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method used within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Please note: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was delivered damaged or faulty.

6. Exceptions

Some items are excluded from the return policy, including:

• Goods that have been made to customer specifications / are clearly tailored to personal needs.

• Opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
